“Ep. 29″ is a re-broadcast of an earlier podcast, not a new one :(
Hi Wenona – Thanks for the heads-up. I just listened to the podcast and it seems to be the new one where Jonathan and Carrie actually step through how to specifically do varrious eccentric exercises. Could you let me know where you are access the podcast and hearing an old episode? Thanks

I think I tried the one on youtube first then came here and they were both the old eps. Maybe they’ve been corrected since then.
I listened to this podcast on Monday and decided to try some of the exercises that evening. I didn’t have any equipment so I did the squats and the pushups. At first I thought I did the squats wrong as I didn’t feel the burn I expected my long-time-no-exercise thighs to feel. But it wasn’t long after that I realized my sore abdominals got quite a workout from it! And later I felt the strain in my thighs. I was proud of myself for doing the pushups. It’s 48 hours later and my arms STILL hurt like crazy! It’s nice to know I don’t have to do an hour of aerobics or the treadmill to give my body a workout!
