Thanks for the recipes, Jonathan – it was good to see concrete examples of what SANE meals are like. (I was a little taken aback by the size of the recipes at first – I mean sure, eat more, but *that* much more??? But apparently they’re generally 4 servings, so I don’t *really* have to eat 4 chicken breasts for dinner myself :-))

Thanks also for the tip on lifesambrosia.com – looks to be in line with many of my tastes (and I’m a sucker for a recipe writer who’s also a good food stylist/photographer).

My pleasure BobG…and thank you for the excellent feedback. We’ll get an updated version of the guide up asap which includes the following: Note: The number of servings from each recipe/snack varies. Every time you eat, enjoy the food until you are full and then stop. While it is important to eat 4 to 6 times per day, it is not important to eat 4 to 6 large meals per day. – Jonathan Bailor

These look really tasty. I agree with Bob that serving size should be included. Regardless of whether you eat to fullness, you’d like to have some idea when you’re feeding your family.

BTW had good success this week being officially SANE. HA! Just realized how that sounded, but it’s probably true on both counts.

Thanks for the great advice on eating cycles. I had a quesiton on one item. You mention that we can eat an unlimited amount of non-Sane foods at least one day a month. Is this like a “cheat” day. Could I, for example, eat pizza all day and be fine? Do I have to cheat?

I’ve just recently been introduced to your book and I am very excited about it. It totally makes sense! And thanks for these great recipes.
I am wanting to make the Lemon Herb Fish but I am a little confused by the recipe. The ingredients list 2 tbs. flax seed oil and 1/2 cup dry white wine but the instructions don’t say when to use those ingredients. Thanks!
